Courses & Learning Experience

What is included in a DiviTrain course?+
Courses may include video training, hands-on labs, practice exams, learning resources and tutor support depending on the selected product.
Are hands-on labs included?+
Yes. Many DiviTrain courses include practical labs that allow you to practise skills in realistic IT environments.
Is the training self-paced?+
Yes. You can learn at your own pace and access your training whenever it fits your schedule.
How long do I have access?+
You receive 12 months (365 days) access from activation of your training.

Certification & Exams

Are exam vouchers included?+
No. Certification exams are booked separately through official exam providers such as Pearson VUE.
Will DiviTrain guarantee that I pass my exam?+
No training provider can guarantee exam success. DiviTrain provides the resources, practice and preparation needed to improve your readiness.
Do I receive a certificate?+
You may receive a certificate of completion for your training. This is separate from the official certification issued after passing the exam.

How quickly do I get access after purchase?+
Access details are normally sent within minutes after successful payment.
Which devices can I use?+
You can access your training on desktop, tablet and mobile devices through a modern web browser.
What if I lose access?+
