DiviTrain Recruiter Partner Program Terms
These terms apply to participation in the DiviTrain Recruiter Partner Program.
By registering for the program and accepting these terms, you agree to the conditions below.
1. About the Recruiter Partner Program
The DiviTrain Recruiter Partner Program allows recruiters, recruitment agencies and other approved recruitment professionals to refer candidates and professional contacts to DiviTrain.
Approved Partners receive a unique discount code that can be shared with eligible candidates and professional contacts.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Your candidate receives 10% off eligible DiviTrain products.
- You receive 10% commission on qualifying referred sales.
- There is no fee to participate in the program.
- There are no minimum referral or sales requirements.
Participation in the program is subject to approval by DiviTrain.
2. Your Partner Code
After approval, DiviTrain will provide you with a unique Partner discount code.
Your Partner code is used both to provide the customer discount and to identify sales attributed to you.
You may share your Partner code directly with candidates and relevant professional contacts through channels such as email, messaging, social media, your website and your own recruitment communications.
Partner codes may not be published on coupon, voucher or discount aggregation websites without prior written permission from DiviTrain.
DiviTrain may deactivate a Partner code if it is being misused, distributed in an unintended manner or associated with fraudulent activity.
3. Candidate Discount
Customers using a valid Partner code receive 10% off eligible DiviTrain products unless a different discount has been agreed with the Partner.
Partner discounts cannot normally be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.
DiviTrain determines which products are eligible for the Recruiter Partner Program. Certain products, bundles, special offers or other products may be excluded.
4. Partner Commission
Partners receive 10% commission on qualifying referred sales unless a different commission rate has been agreed.
Commission is calculated on the net product value actually paid after discounts and excluding VAT or other applicable sales taxes.
Commission is not calculated on:
- VAT or other taxes.
- Refunded amounts.
- Cancelled orders.
- Chargebacks.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Non eligible products.
- Any other amounts that do not form part of the qualifying product value.
5. Sale Attribution
A sale qualifies for Partner commission when your unique Partner code is successfully applied to an eligible completed order.
The Partner code recorded on the DiviTrain order is used to determine which Partner receives the commission.
If a customer does not use your Partner code, the sale cannot normally be attributed to you afterwards.
Only one Partner can receive commission for an individual order.
6. Commission Payments
Partner commissions are reviewed and paid monthly.
DiviTrain may wait until the applicable cancellation or refund period has expired before approving commission for payment.
DiviTrain may apply a reasonable minimum payout threshold. Any unpaid balance below this threshold will carry forward to the next payment period.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes, declarations or other obligations arising from commission payments you receive.
7. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks
No commission is payable on an order that is cancelled, refunded, charged back or determined to be fraudulent.
If commission has already been paid for an order that is subsequently refunded or charged back, DiviTrain may deduct the corresponding commission from future payments.
8. How You May Promote DiviTrain
You may introduce DiviTrain to candidates and professional contacts and share your Partner code, relevant DiviTrain pages, training products and free tools.
You may also promote your partnership with DiviTrain on your own website, social media channels, newsletters and other professional communication channels.
Official DiviTrain logos, brand assets and approved promotional materials can be made available to approved Partners upon request.
DiviTrain logos and brand assets may only be used for the purpose of promoting the DiviTrain Recruiter Partner relationship and DiviTrain products or services.
Logos, trademarks and brand materials may not be altered, recreated or used in a way that could suggest ownership, employment, agency or endorsement beyond the approved Partner relationship.
You must represent DiviTrain and its products accurately.
You may not:
- Make false or misleading claims about DiviTrain.
- Guarantee certification or exam success.
- Guarantee employment, interviews, promotions or career outcomes.
- Claim to be employed by or officially represent DiviTrain.
- Provide inaccurate pricing, product or training information.
- Create misleading advertising or promotional material.
- Use your Partner code for fraudulent transactions.
- Use spam or other unlawful marketing methods.
- Present yourself as the provider of DiviTrain training unless expressly authorised.
- Alter, recreate or misuse DiviTrain logos, trademarks or other brand assets.
9. Your Relationship With DiviTrain
Participation in the Recruiter Partner Program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture or other formal business relationship between you and DiviTrain.
You participate as an independent Partner.
You remain responsible for your own recruitment services, candidate relationships, communications and business activities.
The program is non exclusive. You may work with or recommend other training providers, and DiviTrain may work with other recruiters, recruitment agencies and Partners.
10. Training and Certification
DiviTrain provides access to online IT training and certification preparation products.
Training content and related learning services may be provided by DiviTrain's training content partners.
Product features vary by training product. Partners should refer candidates to the relevant DiviTrain product page for the current product specifications.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, official certification examination fees or exam vouchers are not included.
Candidates are responsible for booking certification examinations separately with the relevant examination provider.
Purchasing or completing training does not guarantee certification, exam success, employment or any other professional outcome.
11. Customer Orders and Support
All customer purchases are made directly with DiviTrain.
DiviTrain is responsible for processing orders and providing access to purchased products in accordance with the applicable customer terms.
Partners are not responsible for delivering training, providing educational support or providing technical support for DiviTrain products.
Candidates with questions relating to their DiviTrain purchase should contact DiviTrain directly.
12. Fraud and Misuse
DiviTrain reserves the right to investigate suspicious referrals, transactions or Partner activity.
Commission may be withheld or cancelled where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation or a breach of these terms.
DiviTrain may immediately deactivate a Partner or Partner code in cases of serious or repeated misuse.
13. Changes to the Program
DiviTrain may change the program, including commission rates, candidate discounts, eligible products, payment procedures or these terms.
Material changes affecting existing Partners will be communicated before they apply to future qualifying sales.
Changes will not retrospectively reduce valid commission already earned before the effective date of the change.
14. Ending Participation
You may stop participating in the Recruiter Partner Program at any time.
DiviTrain may also end or suspend your participation at any time.
When participation ends, your Partner code may be deactivated.
Valid commission earned before termination remains payable, provided the relevant orders continue to meet these terms.
15. Limitation of Responsibility
DiviTrain is not responsible for recruitment decisions, employment relationships, candidate performance or agreements between Partners, candidates and employers.
Partners remain responsible for their own recruitment activities and communications.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Recruiter Partner Program will be handled in accordance with the DiviTrain Privacy Policy.
Partners are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws when communicating with candidates or sharing information about DiviTrain.
Partners should not provide candidate personal information to DiviTrain without an appropriate lawful basis.
17. Governing Law
These Recruiter Partner Program Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes relating to the program will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.

Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op deelname aan het DiviTrain Recruiter Partner Programma.
Door je voor het programma aan te melden en deze voorwaarden te accepteren, ga je akkoord met onderstaande voorwaarden.
1. Over het Recruiter Partner Programma
Het DiviTrain Recruiter Partner Programma stelt recruiters, recruitmentbureaus en andere goedgekeurde recruitmentprofessionals in staat om kandidaten en professionele contacten naar DiviTrain door te verwijzen.
Goedgekeurde Partners ontvangen een unieke kortingscode die zij kunnen delen met daarvoor in aanmerking komende kandidaten en professionele contacten.
Tenzij anders overeengekomen:
- Jouw kandidaat ontvangt 10% korting op geselecteerde DiviTrain producten.
- Jij ontvangt 10% commissie op geldige door jou aangebrachte verkopen.
- Deelname aan het programma is gratis.
- Er gelden geen minimale aantallen referrals of verkopen.
Deelname aan het programma is onder voorbehoud van goedkeuring door DiviTrain.
2. Jouw Partnercode
Na goedkeuring verstrekt DiviTrain jou een unieke Partner kortingscode.
Deze Partnercode wordt gebruikt om de klantkorting toe te passen en om verkopen aan jou toe te wijzen.
Je mag jouw Partnercode rechtstreeks delen met kandidaten en relevante professionele contacten via onder andere e mail, berichten, social media, jouw website en eigen recruitmentcommunicatie.
Partnercodes mogen zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van DiviTrain niet worden gepubliceerd op couponwebsites, kortingssites of vergelijkbare verzamelplatforms.
DiviTrain mag een Partnercode deactiveren wanneer deze wordt misbruikt, op een ongewenste manier wordt verspreid of in verband wordt gebracht met frauduleuze activiteiten.
3. Korting voor Kandidaten
Klanten die een geldige Partnercode gebruiken ontvangen 10% korting op geselecteerde DiviTrain producten, tenzij met de Partner een andere korting is overeengekomen.
Partnerkortingen kunnen normaal gesproken niet worden gecombineerd met andere kortingscodes of promoties.
DiviTrain bepaalt welke producten in aanmerking komen voor het Recruiter Partner Programma. Bepaalde producten, bundels, aanbiedingen of andere producten kunnen worden uitgesloten.
4. Partnercommissie
Partners ontvangen 10% commissie op geldige doorverwezen verkopen, tenzij een ander commissiepercentage is overeengekomen.
De commissie wordt berekend over de netto productwaarde die daadwerkelijk is betaald na toepassing van kortingen en exclusief btw of andere toepasselijke belastingen.
Er wordt geen commissie berekend over:
- Btw of andere belastingen.
- Terugbetaalde bedragen.
- Geannuleerde bestellingen.
- Chargebacks.
- Frauduleuze transacties.
- Producten die niet voor het programma in aanmerking komen.
- Andere bedragen die geen onderdeel vormen van de geldige productwaarde.
5. Toewijzing van Verkopen
Een verkoop komt in aanmerking voor Partnercommissie wanneer jouw unieke Partnercode succesvol is toegepast op een geldige en afgeronde bestelling.
De Partnercode die op de DiviTrain bestelling is geregistreerd bepaalt welke Partner de commissie ontvangt.
Wanneer een klant jouw Partnercode niet gebruikt, kan de verkoop normaal gesproken niet achteraf aan jou worden toegewezen.
Per bestelling kan slechts één Partner commissie ontvangen.
6. Uitbetaling van Commissie
Partnercommissies worden maandelijks gecontroleerd en uitbetaald.
DiviTrain mag wachten met het goedkeuren van commissie totdat de toepasselijke annulerings of terugbetalingsperiode is verstreken.
DiviTrain mag een redelijke minimale uitbetalingsgrens hanteren. Een bedrag onder deze grens wordt doorgeschoven naar de volgende uitbetalingsperiode.
Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van correcte betaalgegevens en voor eventuele belastingen, aangiften of andere verplichtingen die voortvloeien uit ontvangen commissies.
7. Refunds, Annuleringen en Chargebacks
Er is geen commissie verschuldigd over een bestelling die wordt geannuleerd, terugbetaald, teruggeboekt of als frauduleus wordt aangemerkt.
Wanneer commissie al is uitbetaald en de betreffende bestelling later wordt terugbetaald of teruggeboekt, mag DiviTrain dit commissiebedrag verrekenen met toekomstige uitbetalingen.
8. Promotie van DiviTrain
Je mag DiviTrain introduceren bij kandidaten en professionele contacten en jouw Partnercode, relevante DiviTrain pagina's, trainingsproducten en gratis tools delen.
Je mag jouw samenwerking met DiviTrain ook promoten via jouw eigen website, social media kanalen, nieuwsbrieven en andere professionele communicatiekanalen.
Officiële DiviTrain logo's, merkbestanden en goedgekeurde promotiematerialen kunnen op aanvraag beschikbaar worden gesteld aan goedgekeurde Partners.
DiviTrain logo's en andere merkuitingen mogen uitsluitend worden gebruikt voor de promotie van de DiviTrain Recruiter Partner samenwerking en de producten en diensten van DiviTrain.
Logo's, handelsmerken en andere merkbestanden mogen niet worden aangepast, opnieuw ontworpen of gebruikt op een manier die kan suggereren dat sprake is van eigendom, dienstverband, vertegenwoordiging of een andere relatie dan het goedgekeurde Partnerverband.
Je moet DiviTrain en de producten van DiviTrain altijd correct en feitelijk weergeven.
Je mag niet:
- Onjuiste of misleidende claims over DiviTrain maken.
- Certificering of examensucces garanderen.
- Een baan, sollicitatiegesprek, promotie of ander carrière resultaat garanderen.
- Beweren dat je bij DiviTrain in dienst bent of DiviTrain officieel vertegenwoordigt.
- Onjuiste prijs, product of trainingsinformatie verstrekken.
- Misleidende reclame of promotiematerialen maken.
- Jouw Partnercode gebruiken voor frauduleuze transacties.
- Spam of andere onrechtmatige marketingmethoden gebruiken.
- Jezelf presenteren als aanbieder van DiviTrain trainingen, tenzij DiviTrain hiervoor uitdrukkelijk toestemming heeft gegeven.
- DiviTrain logo's, handelsmerken of andere merkuitingen aanpassen, namaken of misbruiken.
9. Jouw Relatie met DiviTrain
Deelname aan het Recruiter Partner Programma creëert geen dienstverband, agentuur, franchise, joint venture of andere formele zakelijke relatie tussen jou en DiviTrain.
Je neemt als onafhankelijke Partner deel.
Je blijft zelf verantwoordelijk voor jouw recruitmentdiensten, relaties met kandidaten, communicatie en bedrijfsactiviteiten.
Het programma is niet exclusief. Je mag andere trainingsaanbieders aanbevelen of ermee samenwerken. DiviTrain mag eveneens samenwerken met andere recruiters, recruitmentbureaus en Partners.
10. Training en Certificering
DiviTrain biedt toegang tot online IT trainingen en producten ter voorbereiding op certificeringen.
Trainingscontent en gerelateerde leerdiensten kunnen worden geleverd door trainingspartners van DiviTrain.
Producteigenschappen verschillen per training. Partners dienen kandidaten voor actuele productspecificaties te verwijzen naar de betreffende DiviTrain productpagina.
Tenzij op de betreffende productpagina uitdrukkelijk anders is aangegeven, zijn officiële examenkosten en examenvouchers niet inbegrepen.
Kandidaten zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor het apart boeken van certificeringsexamens bij de betreffende examenaanbieder.
Het kopen of afronden van een training geeft geen garantie op certificering, examensucces, werk of enig ander professioneel resultaat.
11. Bestellingen en Klantenservice
Alle aankopen worden rechtstreeks bij DiviTrain gedaan.
DiviTrain is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van bestellingen en het beschikbaar stellen van aangeschafte producten volgens de toepasselijke klantvoorwaarden.
Partners zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor het geven van trainingen, inhoudelijke begeleiding of technische ondersteuning voor DiviTrain producten.
Kandidaten met vragen over hun aankoop bij DiviTrain dienen rechtstreeks contact op te nemen met DiviTrain.
12. Fraude en Misbruik
DiviTrain behoudt zich het recht voor verdachte referrals, transacties of Partneractiviteiten te onderzoeken.
Commissie kan worden ingehouden of geannuleerd wanneer er redelijke aanwijzingen zijn voor fraude, misbruik, manipulatie of overtreding van deze voorwaarden.
DiviTrain mag deelname en een Partnercode direct deactiveren bij ernstig of herhaald misbruik.
13. Wijzigingen in het Programma
DiviTrain mag het programma wijzigen. Dit omvat onder andere commissiepercentages, kandidaatkortingen, geselecteerde producten, betaalprocedures en deze voorwaarden.
Materiële wijzigingen die bestaande Partners raken worden gecommuniceerd voordat deze op toekomstige geldige verkopen van toepassing worden.
Wijzigingen hebben geen terugwerkende kracht op geldige commissie die vóór de ingangsdatum van de wijziging al is verdiend.
14. Beëindigen van Deelname
Je mag deelname aan het Recruiter Partner Programma op ieder moment beëindigen.
DiviTrain mag jouw deelname eveneens op ieder moment beëindigen of opschorten.
Na beëindiging kan jouw Partnercode worden gedeactiveerd.
Geldige commissie die vóór beëindiging is verdiend blijft betaalbaar zolang de betreffende bestellingen aan deze voorwaarden blijven voldoen.
15. Beperking van Verantwoordelijkheid
DiviTrain is niet verantwoordelijk voor recruitmentbeslissingen, arbeidsrelaties, prestaties van kandidaten of overeenkomsten tussen Partners, kandidaten en werkgevers.
Partners blijven zelf verantwoordelijk voor hun eigen recruitmentactiviteiten en communicatie.
16. Privacy
Persoonsgegevens die in verband met het Recruiter Partner Programma worden verzameld, worden verwerkt volgens het Privacybeleid van DiviTrain.
Partners zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor naleving van toepasselijke privacy en gegevensbeschermingswetgeving wanneer zij met kandidaten communiceren of informatie over DiviTrain delen.
Partners mogen geen persoonsgegevens van kandidaten aan DiviTrain verstrekken zonder passende wettelijke grondslag.
17. Toepasselijk Recht
Op deze Recruiter Partner Programma Voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing.
Geschillen met betrekking tot het programma worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland, tenzij dwingend recht anders bepaalt.
