My Employer Pays

A simple approval flow for employee-led learning

Employees don’t always control the budget. This flow helps them request training while keeping approval and payment with the employer.

Employee chooses a training

The employee identifies the certification training they need, for example Security+, AZ-104, AWS, Cisco, Python, or another role-relevant course from the DiviTrain catalog.

They select “My employer pays”

Instead of paying directly, the employee submits a request with the employer or manager’s contact details and any internal notes that help speed up approval.

DiviTrain contacts the employer

We send a clear request on behalf of the employee, explain the training option, and help the employer move toward approval and payment.

Employer approves and pays

Once approved, the employer completes the purchase. This avoids internal friction and makes it easier to support training without slowing down the employee.
