How it works

1. Choose your training

Open any product page and select the course or learning journey you want to take.

2. Click My Employer Pays

Start the employer payment request directly from the product page.

3. Fill in the details

Add your information, manager or HR contact, and optional PO or VAT details.

4. We send the invoice

DiviTrain prepares the invoice and sends it to the right contact within 1 business day.

No. The whole point of the employer payment flow is that your manager or HR can handle the invoice directly.

Where do I start?

On the product page. Click My Employer Pays and the request form opens with your training details already attached.

Can I add PO or VAT details?

Yes. The request form includes optional fields for VAT and PO budget reference.

When do I get access?

Course access is handled as soon as the payment request is approved and processed.

Are exam vouchers included?

No. Exams are booked separately via Pearson VUE and are not included in the training price.
