Delivery Policy

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your login credentials and access instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes.

If you have not received your login credentials within 2 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@divitrain.com.

Refund Policy

EU and UK customers: You may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content, this right may end once delivery or access begins if you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right.

In addition to any statutory rights, DiviTrain voluntarily offers the following refund policy:

  • Login credentials not yet sent: Full refund upon request.
  • Login credentials sent, first course not yet started: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your credentials. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • First course started: No refund is available under DiviTrain's voluntary refund policy.
  • Course unavailable: We will offer a comparable replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.
  • Verified technical issue preventing access: We will provide a replacement or refund after verification.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Refund requests must be sent to support@divitrain.com and should include your order number.
